This establishment has just received a makeover and a major new contemporary extension built to house a modern and special restaurant and is now a first-class traditional pub with a modern cutting edge. This establishment has been crowned best pub in Derbyshire in the National Pub and Bar Awards and scores highly on trip advisor.

The Ideal Pastry Chef

Will have sound knowledge and up-to-date skills but is also willing to learn and take instructions. You’ll be able to bring in fresh ideas and take pride in your presentation skills.


As Pastry Chef you’ll be in charge of your own section, devising your own menu and working closely with an award winning Head Chef.


Working to a high standard to ensure guest orders are delivered in a timely manner whilst adhering to best practices. The customer experience is paramount so you should be proud to represent this fast-growing pub/restaurant group.
