“Hi, I’m Sharon Turner, Founder of High5 Recruitment Ltd. Leaving the security of a full-time permanent job with the Department for Work and Pensions in 2015, I ask myself was I mad to leave this all behind? With my clear vision and niche Recruitment and Training Programmes running at full throttle I can honestly say it was the best decision I made.
Having nearly 20 years in the Recruitment Industry and having worked with clients and candidates and seeing the challenges had by all, I knew I had a lot to offer.
Something I was familiar with hearing in my old place of employment was embrace change and that is exactly what I have done. Meeting new people and rising to a challenge or two is what motivates me to deliver results.
I have something or someone for everyone, so whether you’re a start-up, an established business looking to introduce new employees into your workforce or you’re a job-seeker looking to re-enter the job market I have an endless supply of tea, coffee and biscuits so please pop in and say hi!”
